Goods in transit
Goods in transit cover is available to high declared values. You must declare the value of the consignment when you book so we can match the cover and the vehicle. Undeclared high-value goods are carried at the standard limit only.
The 8am guarantee
Where freight is collected on time and we miss the agreed delivery time for a reason within our control, the run is free of charge. The guarantee does not cover delays outside our control, including severe weather, road closures, incorrect addresses or access problems at collection or delivery.
Booking and payment
Quoted prices are confirmed before payment. The minimum charge is £1,000. Card payment is taken at the time of booking. Account terms are available for repeat clients.
